The only possible contraband that I have noticed amongst the cargo are one bale of hider

and perhaps the peanuts.

(d). To hand over the documents relating to prize

cargo might conceivably assist some fraudulent

claim for the bounty of the Crown in the name

of some British subject.

The value of the cargo concerned is about £4,500 and I

think that the value of the clean bills is about 22,869.14a .10d.

4. I think that the clean bills might be handed over but it

would be unwise to hand over the documentary bills.
